FTSE Russell’s real estate indexes provide investors with tools to benchmark and analyze exposure to real estate at a broad industry-wide level or on a more narrowly-focused sector-by-sector basis. The indexes are created in partnership with real estate experts EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association) and Nareit (the US-based association for publicly-traded real estate companies, including REITs).
